KEN Stopkotte, the former Fishers area swimming coach, has been arrested in Tennessee &quot;on eight counts of felony theft from Hamilton Southeastern Schools&quot; located in Indiana, according to <i>WTHR<\/i> in Indianapolis.<\/p>\n<p>Stopkotte has been under investigation for financial fraud since mid-September, as previously <a href=http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/lane9\/news\/25044.asp target=_blank>reported<\/a> by <i>Swimming World<\/i>.  The investigation began shortly after Stopkotte settled with USA Swimming and Indiana Swimming to two and five-year bans, respectively, after tampering with times during three meets in Feb. 2010.<\/p>\n<p>The latest allegations stem from claims stating that Stopkotte pocketed rental fees billed for the use of the Fishers High School pool, instead of sending those fees to Hamilton Southeastern Schools.
