All proceeds from the two days went to either the Michael Phelps Foundation or the Jason Day Brighter Days Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>There were many different levels of sponsorship available as seen in the <a href=\"http:\/\/michaelphelpsfoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Golf.Give_.-Gala-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">program<\/a>\u00a0for the event, in addition to a variety of professional athletes and celebrities.<\/p>\n<p>While Phelps was accompanied by none other than <strong>Debbie<\/strong>, <strong>Nicole<\/strong> and <strong>Boomer Phelps<\/strong>, the swimming world was also represented by four-time Olympic Gold Medalists\u00a0<strong>Allison Schmitt<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Lenny Krayzelburg, <\/strong>two-time Olympic Gold Medalist<strong> Conor Dwyer\u00a0<\/strong>and 2012 Paralympic Gold Medalist<strong> Victoria Arlen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Swimmer &amp; Olympic Gold Medalist, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/conorjdwyer\">@conorjdwyer<\/a> joined our exclusive list of celebrities at <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/GolfGiveGala?src=hash\">#GolfGiveGala<\/a>! <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/ConorDwyer?src=hash\">#ConorDwyer<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Swim?src=hash\">#Swim<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/MichaelPhelps?src=hash\">#MichaelPhelps<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/DH37Eji0EF\">pic.twitter.com\/DH37Eji0EF<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Golf. While the MP Foundation creates awareness of water safety and promotes swimming for young children, the Brighter Days Foundation works toward ending child hunger and providing families with necessities in the central Ohio area. Day explained that this means help paying bills, getting a piece of furniture or providing food.
