PHOENIX, Arizona, October 8. HIGH school swimming is in full swing in many parts of the country, and it brings up the annual debate among coaches about whether or not the top swimmers should compete for their high school team. <\/p>\n

Last year, that's right Split Time<\/i> will celebrate its one-year anniversary on Oct. 13, I talked with Shawn Klosterman about the issue. We're going to play that episode for you, and I'm hoping it just gets the conversation started. <\/p>\n
