Manuel commented that while her 50 felt &#8220;more like a 100&#8221; she was pleased with her swim. Manuel&#8217;s time ties her for seventh in the world rankings with Australia&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Shayna Black<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Madison Kennedy\u00a0<\/strong>turned in a 24.99 to be the only other swimmer beneath the 25-second mark.
