After previously being on the cover in September 2005 and June 2006, Lochte has returned to the cover for the third time after his impressive month of August in Irvine, Calif.<\/p>\n<p>Lochte joins the likes of Tom Dolan, Shane Gould, Grant Hackett, Misty Hyman, Lenny Krayzelburg, John Naber, Aaron Peirsol and Ian Thorpe as other three-time cover personalities.
