ACCORDING to the <i>IndyStar<\/i>, Fishers Area Swimming Team&#39;s former head coach Ken Stopkotte is under investigation for financial fraud.  At the end of last month, Stopkotte settled with USA Swimming and Indiana Swimming to two-year and five-year bans, respectively, for <a href=http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/lane9\/news\/24970.asp target=_blank>wide-scale times tampering<\/a> spanning three meets in February 2010.<\/p>\n<p>The current investigation by the Fishers Police Department is looking into unaccounted funds.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;An accountant is checking accounts and following the trail of money to investigate an allegation of fraud,&quot; Sgt.
