Swimming at the Dolfin Elite Showcase Classic in Clearwater, Florida\u00a0Zoe Skirboll\u00a0<\/strong>broke\u00a0the 11-12 50 breaststroke National Age Group record. Twice.<\/p>\n

The 12 year old from Racer X Aquatics stopped the clock in 29.18 this morning. That time took down the National Mark of 29.23 set by\u00a0Olivia Anderson\u00a0<\/strong>in 2010.<\/p>\n

Skirboll returned at night to chop another four tenths off the mark. She raced to a 28.70 in finals.<\/p>\n

The 100 breaststroke National Age Group mark could be on watch later this week as Skirboll enters this meet only a second off the 1:02.86 mark, also held by Anderson. With a half second drop in the 50, a full second in the 100 is a distinct possibility.<\/p>\n
