That time will put Baker as the second fastest performer in history in the event. This is also Baker&#8217;s first NCAA title, as she was an Olympian and silver medalist last summer in the 100 backstroke. Baker held off hard charging <strong>Ella Eastin<\/strong> of Stanford at 1:52.27, who will keep her NCAA and American Record from last year.
