That is a best time for the freshman who will be looking to grab her first individual championship title tonight.<\/p>\n<p>The second seed will be\u00a0<strong>Hannah Kastigar<\/strong>\u00a0from Northern State University,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>who improved on her seed to drop under 2:00 with a 1:59.64.\u00a0Wingate&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Alexis Divelbiss\u00a0<\/strong>was third (2:00.04), and\u00a0Nunn will be joined by teammate\u00a0<strong>Zuzanna Chwadeczko\u00a0<\/strong>in the championship final after she secured the fourth seed heading into tonight.<\/p>\n<p>Notably, Queens secured two spots in the championship final, with\u00a0<strong>Georgia DaCruz\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Josephina Lorda\u00a0<\/strong>earning the 5th and 7th seeds out of prelims. He will be joined by two of his teammates in the championship final, juniors\u00a0<strong>Inigo Alarcia\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Zach Bunner<\/strong>, who will be the 5th and 6th seeds, respectively and try to take advantage of the close field to grab as many point as possible. There is only about one second separating the third through eighth seeds for finals in this event.<\/p>\n<p>Junior\u00a0<strong>Adrian VanderHelm\u00a0<\/strong>from\u00a0Simon Fraser will be the second seed tonight, less than a second back from Kusch with a 1:46.27. West Chester senior\u00a0<strong>Victor Polyakov<\/strong>, last year&#8217;s NCAA champion, will go in as the 3rd seed tonight. Queens sophomore\u00a0<strong>Kyrie Dobson\u00a0<\/strong>was the only other woman under 23 seconds this morning, grabbing the second seed in 22.98. She will be joined by her teammates\u00a0<strong>Lara Marshall\u00a0<\/strong>in the championship final, who tied for 7th out of prelims.<\/p>\n<p>Drury and Minnesota State University-Mantako also placed two women each in the championship final, with MSU-Mantako grabbing the 3rd and 7th seeds and Drury securing 5th and 6th. That just snuck by Wayne State&#8217;s 2014 record of 1:26.04, making them the first Division II team to swim under 1:26.<\/p>\n<p>The team from Fresno Pacific was back in second with a 1:27.90, while Grand Valley State University was third in 1:27.98.
