That time marked the fastest in the world for 2017, faster than the 1:06.53 from\u00a0<strong>Yulia Efimova<\/strong> a day earlier in Sydney.<\/p>\n<p>Meili finished second in 1:07.00, good for fifth in the world rankings, while Iceland&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Hrafnhilder Luthersdottir\u00a0<\/strong>took third in 1:07.94.<\/p>\n<p>Great Britain&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sarah Vasey\u00a0<\/strong>was fourth in 1:08.03, just ahead of Canada&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Rachel Nicol<\/strong> (1:08.17).
