That time is one one-hundredth off the top time in the world this year (22.08), shared by\u00a0<strong>Shinri Shioura\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Ben Proud<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Finishing 0.14 back in third place was Brazil&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Bruno Fratus<\/strong>, who touched in 22.23.<\/p>\n<p>Swimming out of lane eight, Race Pace&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Michael Andrew\u00a0<\/strong>came up to take fourth in 22.47, while Brazil&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Marcelo Cherighini<\/strong> and New York Athletic Club&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Josh Schneider\u00a0<\/strong>actually tied for fifth in 22.66.
