But despite all that, head coach\u00a0<strong>Rick DeMont<\/strong> is plenty pleased with the way his women have performed so far.<\/p>\n<p>In a video interview after Saturday morning&#8217;s prelims, DeMont explained Arizona&#8217;s tradition of focusing on the NCAA championships while sacrificing some performance at Pac-12s.
