He also explained his reaction to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/ally-howe-takes-down-15-year-old-american-and-ncaa-record-in-100-back\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Ally Howe&#8217;s\u00a0<\/strong>American record in the 100 back<\/a> and what it meant to him from a historical perspective, and finally, he gave perspective on the underrated contributions Howe
