U.S. National Team members\u00a0Zane Grothe\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Cody Miller\u00a0<\/strong>each competed this weekend at the Senior Metropolitan Zones Winter Championships in East Meadow, N.Y., and both recorded multiple impressive swims over the four-day event.<\/p>\n

Grothe won four events: the 200 free (1:36.23), 500 free (4:15.05), 1000 free (8:43.00) and 1650 free (14:29.05). That time in the 1000 improved the 24-year-old to seventh all-time in the event, and his mile is good for tenth on the all-time list.<\/p>\n

Impressed, Miller weighed in on Twitter.<\/p>\n
