FOR the second time in two days, the world record in the men&#39;s 50 meter breaststroke was broken at the US National Swimming Championships in Austin, Texas.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, Stanford&#39;s Anthony Robinson broke a five year-old mark with a time of 27.49 seconds.  This afternoon, swimming in a special time trial, Ed Moses, of Curl-Burke Swim Club, lowered that time to 27.39 seconds.
