The agreement was first reported Thursday morning by\u00a0Sports Business Daily and confirmed\u00a0by TYR in a 12 p.m. ET release.<\/p>\n<div class=\"oembed-wrap\"><span class=\"embed-youtube\" style=\"text-align:center; display: block;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"youtube-player\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/kuVCAbHfkmQ?version=3&#038;rel=1&#038;showsearch=0&#038;showinfo=1&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;fs=1&#038;hl=en-US&#038;autohide=2&#038;wmode=transparent\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" style=\"border:0;\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts allow-same-origin allow-popups allow-presentation allow-popups-to-escape-sandbox\"><\/iframe><\/span><\/div>\n<p>According to a press release from TYR, Lochte will be featured in the company&#8217;s\u00a0&#8220;Just Let Me Work&#8221; campaign.<\/p>\n<p>Lochte, 32, has made four Olympic teams and won six gold medals in his career. He swam each of those Olympics in a Speedo suit and was under contract with Speedo from the conclusion of his college career at Florida in 2006 until a few days after the most recent Olympics in Rio.<\/p>\n<p>However, Lochte was involved in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/reports-ryan-lochte-fabricated-robbery-story\/\" target=\"_blank\">incident at a gas station in Rio<\/a>\u00a0just hours after the swimming competition ended, and his behavior in the aftermath led to most of his sponsors, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/speedo-drops-ryan-lochte-pledges-to-donate-50k-to-charity\/\">Speedo<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/ryan-lochte-loses-endorsements-with-syneron-candela-and-airweave-issues-apology-to-speedo\/\" target=\"_blank\">others<\/a>, to drop their\u00a0endorsement deals.<\/p>\n<p>Lochte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/suspensions-for-lochte-feigen-bentz-conger-announced\/\" target=\"_blank\">was suspended 10 months<\/a> for his role in the incident and will be barred from competing at the World Championships in Budapest. But he has landed some new endorsements since then, including with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/pine-brothers-cough-drop-company-signs-ryan-lochte-for-endorsement\/\" target=\"_blank\">Pine Brothers cough drops<\/a> just days after the incident was publicized, and just last week with PowerBar.
