New trends hit the market and some old ones even returned to become some of the biggest swimming trends of 2016.<\/p>\n

The #Mannequin Challenge may have only appeared across social media a shy two months ago, but it quickly stole the show across all of social media. Swimmers, divers, and water polo players were all quick to jump in on the still action with videos of elaborate poses held without movement.<\/p>\n
