Prigoda returns tomorrow as the top seed with a 25.95.<\/p>\n<p>Brazil&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Felipe Lima\u00a0<\/strong>and South Africa&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Giulio Zorzi\u00a0<\/strong>posted matching times of 26.08 to tie for second from heats one and two respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Fellow Brazilian\u00a0<strong>Felipe Franca Silva\u00a0<\/strong>grabbed the fourth place seed with a time of 26.10, followed by Italy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Fabio Scozzoli&#8217;s\u00a0<\/strong>26.11.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cody Miller<\/strong> of the USA posted a 26.15 from semi-final two to pick up the sixth place seed. Miller&#8217;s time overturns the previous American Record of 26.28, set in 2002 by\u00a0<strong>Ed Moses.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>South Africa&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Cameron van der Burgh<\/strong> and Slovakia&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Peter Stevens\u00a0<\/strong>rounded out the top eight qualifies with times of 26.20 and 26.29 respectively.<\/p>\n<p>While he did not make the final of the 50 breaststroke,\u00a0<strong>Michael Andrew<\/strong> of the USA once again sprinted past the Junior World Record.
