Le Clos&#8217; seed time is a 22.06, but he owns the championship record with a 21.95 from 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Hosszu will have a short rest between the 50 backstroke and the 400 freestyle as she enters as the top seed with a 3:58.84.\u00a0<strong>Leah Smith<\/strong>, the new champion in the 800 free, will provide strong competition as she hunts for a second championship medal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alia Atkinson<\/strong> of Jamaica\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Lilly King\u00a0<\/strong>will gear up for a second showdown in prelims of the women&#8217;s 100 breaststroke as the two enter as the top two seeds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Heat sheets for day four prelims of the 2016 FINA Short Course World Championships have been posted and are available for download by clicking here.
