Morozov earned lane three for the final in 57.00.<\/p>\n<p>Americans\u00a0<strong>Nic Fink<\/strong> (57.10) and\u00a0<strong>Cody Miller<\/strong> (57.14) were next, and Italy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Fabio Scozzoli<\/strong> was close behind in sixth place in 57.22.<\/p>\n<p>Russia&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Oleg Kostin<\/strong> qualified seventh in 57.52, and Belarus&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Ilya Shmanovich<\/strong> finished eighth in 57.65, just ahead of South Africa&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Cameron van der Burgh<\/strong>.
