Van der Burgh talks about getting back into shape after a hectic but productive World Cup series, where he picked up $100,000 as the men’s overall winner and more for setting world records in the breaststrokes. Van der Burgh also details some aspects of his stroke, including his pullout that pushes the boundaries of being legal. We also bring you a set from Coach Chuck Batchelor that is perfect for working on underwater technique.
