Afterwards, Popov spoke with\u00a0<em>Swimming World&#8217;s\u00a0<\/em><strong>David Rieder<\/strong> about the performance and what she&#8217;s expecting from the rest of the meet.<\/p>\n<p>Popov discussed her experience this summer at Olympic Trials, where she finished as high as 29th in the 100 breast, and she explained what she has taken away from that coming into her senior year of high school.
