WITH the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) announcing that a press conference to name its new Chief Executive Officer would take place tomorrow, the <i>Associated Press<\/i> broke news that Scott Blackmun will be the person hired for the top spot.<\/p>\n<p>Blackman, who has been an interim CEO for the USOC from February to November of 2000, will take over for Stephanie Streeter.
