After helping his NC State Wolfpack to a fourth-place finish at the NCAA championships and a win in the 400 free relay, Held introduced himself to a lot of swimming fans at Olympic Trials when he finished third in the 100 free and then provided a key leg on the U.S. men&#8217;s 400 free relay squad in Rio.<\/p>\n<p>Appearing at his first Golden Goggles Monday night, Held reflected on all that, still in awe of how far he had come in such a short span of time.
