Efimova posted on her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/permalink.php?story_fbid=364261033915427&amp;id=100009946009479\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook page<\/a> last week that she has been dealing with tonsilitis. <strong>Evgeny Rylov<\/strong>, the bronze medalist in the men&#8217;s 200 back and this year&#8217;s European Champion in the same event, will also be out of action Windsor.<\/p>\n<p>The women&#8217;s roster includes <strong>Valentina Artemeva<\/strong>, <strong>Svetlana Chimrova<\/strong>,<strong> Natalia Ivaneeva<\/strong>, <strong>Mariya Kameneva<\/strong>, <strong>Irina Krivonogova<\/strong>, <strong>Daria<\/strong> <strong>Mullakaeva<\/strong>, <strong>Rozaliya<\/strong> <strong>Nasretdinova<\/strong>, <strong>Arina<\/strong> <strong>Openysheva<\/strong>, <strong>Veronika<\/strong> <strong>Popova<\/strong> and <strong>Daria<\/strong> <strong>Ustinova<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Russian men competing in Windsor will include <strong>Aleksei Brianskii<\/strong>, <strong>Dmitry<\/strong> <strong>Gorbunov<\/strong>, <strong>Mikhail<\/strong> <strong>Dorinov<\/strong>, <strong>Mikhail<\/strong> <strong>Dovgaluk<\/strong>, <strong>Alexander<\/strong> <strong>Kharlanov<\/strong>, <strong>Ilya<\/strong> <strong>Khomenko<\/strong>, <strong>Oleg<\/strong> <strong>Kostin<\/strong>, <strong>Alexander<\/strong> <strong>Krasnykh<\/strong>, Lobintsev, <strong>Artem<\/strong> <strong>Lobuzov<\/strong>, Morozov, <strong>Daniil<\/strong> <strong>Pakhomov<\/strong>, <strong>Daniil<\/strong>
