The girls did so in dominating fashion while the boys secured a narrow victory.<\/p>\n<h2>Girls<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Emily Cordovi<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Olivia Hernandez<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Alicia Mancilla<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Sarah Abril\u00a0<\/strong>opened the meet with a winning 1:47.08 in the 200 medley relay. Mosley&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Molly Grace Bradford<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Sophee Beall<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Elizabeth Fisher<\/strong><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Madeline McKim\u00a0<\/strong>were two seconds behind in 1:49.45. Another two seconds back was Holy Names&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Katie Taulbee<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Sierra Wills<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Bella Kirkpatrick<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Lara Lontoc<\/strong> (1:51.05).<\/p>\n<p>Gulliver Prep swept the relays but only claimed two individual event titles. Cordovi posted a 54.67 to take the 100 butterfly, ahead of Wesley Chapel&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Abbey Duncan\u00a0<\/strong>(55.31) and Wolfson&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Hannah Sykes\u00a0<\/strong>(55.64). In the 100 backstroke Cordovi stopped the clock in 56.34 and Duncan recorded a 56.98. Tavares&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Mimi Filkin\u00a0<\/strong>touched in 57.38.<\/p>\n<p>American Heritage junior\u00a0<strong>Catharine Cooper\u00a0<\/strong>swept the sprint freestyle events with a 52.31 second 100 and a 23.34 in the 50. Bishop Kenny&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Taylor Radcliffe\u00a0<\/strong>(24.44) and Cardinal Gibbons&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Savannah Yates\u00a0<\/strong>(24.47) also medaled in the 50. In the 100 she was joined on the podium by Abril (53.03) and Lecanto&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sophia Macaisa<\/strong> (53.16).<\/p>\n<p>Bayshore sophomore\u00a0<strong>Ryley Ober\u00a0<\/strong>dominated the 200 freestyle with a 1:48.98. Finishing second and third were a pair of juniors: Lemon Bay&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Hunter Scott\u00a0<\/strong>(1:51.41) and Gulliver Prep&#8217;s Mancilla (1:55.43). Ober also topped the 500 freestyle (4:52.20) though this time she was pushed by Gulliver Prep&#8217;s<strong> Marcella Rupert-Gomez <\/strong>(4:53.69). Mancilla (4:56.13) also made the podium.<\/p>\n<p>Tarpon Springs&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Mackenzie Stumpf\u00a0<\/strong>(2:03.14) won the 200 IM ahead of\u00a0<strong>Isabella Penkwitz\u00a0<\/strong>(2:05.44) and Ruppert-Gomez (2:06.16). Stumpf was also victorious in the 100 breaststroke with a 1:02.60. Yates (1:04.63) and Stanton&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Callie Sellers\u00a0<\/strong>(1:06.50) finished second and third.<\/p>\n<p>Abril,\u00a0<strong>Chloe Hernandez<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Saniela Luchau<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Brooke Ellis\u00a0<\/strong>won the 200 freestyle relay in 1:38.74, just a quarter second faster than Holy Names&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Gabby Delp<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Bella Kirkpatrick<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Katie Taulbee<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Lara Lontoc\u00a0<\/strong>(1:38.99).<\/p>\n<p>Cordovi, Abril, Mancilla, and Ellis won the 400 freestyle relay by over five seconds in 3:34.06. Gulliver Prep scored 322 points while Academy of Holy Names reigned in 159 and Titusville was third with 143.<\/p>\n<h2>Boys<\/h2>\n<p>The Gulliver Prep boys won three individual events and one relay on their way to their state title. They started the night with a 200 medley runner up finish from\u00a0<strong>Trahern Gribble<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Jonathan Rodriguez<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Orest Danyliv<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Pablo Luchau\u00a0<\/strong>(1:37.19). Arnold&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Alex Phlegar<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Chad McGuire<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Keenan Williams<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Nicholas Gobel\u00a0<\/strong>(1:35.23) won the event. Jesuit&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Tyler Carreja<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Chris Jennings<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Ray Petrus<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Stephen Dawes\u00a0<\/strong>secured third with a 1:37.23.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miguel Cancel\u00a0<\/strong>snagged two of Gulliver Prep&#8217;s individual wins. He stopped the clock in 1:48.25 in the 200 IM, two seconds ahead of Fort Walton Beach&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Daniel Orcutt\u00a0<\/strong>(1:50.40). Paxon&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Tyler Watson\u00a0<\/strong>(1:52.11) was third. Cancel later edged Bayshore&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>TC Smith\u00a0<\/strong>4:24.99 to 4:25.33 to take the 500 freestyle. Jesuit&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Brendan Driscoll\u00a0<\/strong>(4:32.05) placed third.<\/p>\n<p>Gulliver Prep&#8217;s other individual winner was Gribble with a 49.83 100 butterfly. Paxon&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Tyler Watson\u00a0<\/strong>(50.68) and American Heritage&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sebastian Vargas\u00a0<\/strong>(50.87) placed third.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the meet Smith won the 200 freestyle with a 1:39.46 ahead of Lakewood High&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ethan Long\u00a0<\/strong>(1:40.44) and Tarpon Springs&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Adam Tapia\u00a0<\/strong>(1:41.67).<\/p>\n<p>Gulf High school&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Manden Smith\u00a0<\/strong>took both sprint freestyle titles. He posted a 20.69 in the 50 freestyle and stopped the clock in 45.74 in the 100. Lakewood High&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ethan Long\u00a0<\/strong>was second in the 100 (46.21) ahead of St. Brendan&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Irvin Hoost\u00a0<\/strong>(46.39). Hoost (20.89) was the 50 runner up and Gulf Breeze&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Anthony Davis\u00a0<\/strong>(21.29) took bronze.<\/p>\n<p>Fort Walton Beach&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Daniel Orcutt\u00a0<\/strong>(50.17) out touched South Lake&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Conor Lynch\u00a0<\/strong>(50.20) in the 100 backstroke. Gribble finished third (51.52).<\/p>\n<p>Land O&#8217;Lakes&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Jabari Ramsey\u00a0<\/strong>(56.86) won the 100 breaststroke. Arnold&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Chad McGuire\u00a0<\/strong>(57.30) and Cape Coral High&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Jonah Martinez\u00a0<\/strong>(58.94) were second and third.<\/p>\n<p>The 200 freestyle relay went to Jesuit&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Chris Jennings<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Stephen Dawes<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Will\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Sam Sands\u00a0<\/strong>(1:26.61). Gulliver Prep wrapped up the meet with a 400 freestyle relay win as Trahern,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Luchau, Danyliv, and Cancel posted a 3:07.31.<\/p>\n<p>Gulliver Prep\u00a0scored 234 points, just nine more than Arnold&#8217;s 225.
