(theACC.com) \u2013 Clemson diver <strong>Danielle Reitsma<\/strong>, Louisville swimmers <strong>Mallory Comerford<\/strong> and <strong>Grigory Tarasevich<\/strong> and Pitt diver <strong>Dominic Giordano<\/strong> were named ACC Swimming and Diving performers of the week.<\/p>\n<div>Reitsma was named ACC Women\u2019s Diver of the Week after helping the Tigers earn a victory over West Florida, 23-15. The senior posted two NCAA zone qualifying scores in the one and three meter dives. Her one-meter score of 301.12 points was a career-best and earned her a first place finish.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The 2015 ACC Freshman of the Year, Comerford earned ACC Women\u2019s Swimmer of the Week honors after garnering three first-place finishes and a second place finish in No. 3 Louisville\u2019s win over No. 11 Tennessee, 167-133. The sophomore recorded two top-15 times in the 100 (49.83) and 200 freestyle (1:47.64), earning NCAA qualifying cuts in each. Comerford earned her third NCAA qualifying cut of the meet in the 50 free with a first-place time of 22.87. The Michigan native swam the second leg of the 400 free relay (49.41 split) which placed second in an overall time of 3:20.50.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tarasevich recorded four first-place finishes as No. 11 Louisville topped No. 13 Tennessee, 164.5-135.5, which earned him ACC Men\u2019s Swimmer of the Week accolades. \u00a0The senior swept the backstroke events, recording a 49.02 in the 100 and a 1:43.82 in the 200\u2014which is the third best time in the country. He swam the opening leg of the Cardinals\u2019 200 medley relay team posting a 22.35 split and combined for 1:27.54, which is the seventh-best time in the country. He anchored the 400 free relay in 44.11, rounding out his team\u2019s final time to be another top-15 time nationally in 2:53.40.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Pitt\u2019s Giordano, who also earned ACC Men\u2019s Diver of the Week honors last week, took home the honor again after placing first in both the one and three-meter dives. Giordano\u2019s 391.58 point total on one-meter was one of the best efforts of his career, while he again topped the 400-point plateau with a 404.93 six-dive mark on three-meter.
