USA Swimming and the Big Ten Conference announced Monday the rosters for the upcoming USA College Challenge, scheduled for Nov. 12-13 in Indianapolis. Six members of this summer’s U.S. Olympic team will compete for the National Team squad, while a further four will represent the Big Ten in the short course yards dual meet.<\/p>\n
Cody Miller<\/strong>,\u00a0Jacob Pebley<\/strong>, Leah Smith<\/strong>,\u00a0Tom Shields<\/strong>,\u00a0Amanda Weir<\/strong> and\u00a0Kelsi Worrell\u00a0<\/strong>will compete for the U.S. National team, and\u00a0Lilly King<\/strong> (Indiana),\u00a0Blake Pieroni<\/strong> (Indiana), Cierra Runge<\/strong> (Wisconsin) and\u00a0Jordan Wilimovsky<\/strong> (Northwestern) will represent the Big Ten. Foreign Olympians competing for the Big Ten include\u00a0Kierra Smith<\/strong> (Canada\/Minnesota),\u00a0Shane Ryan\u00a0<\/strong>(Ireland\/Penn State)\u00a0and\u00a0Siobhan Haughney<\/strong> (Hong Kong\/Michigan).<\/p>\n U.S. National team veterans\u00a0Madison Kennedy<\/strong>,\u00a0Ashley Twichell<\/strong> and\u00a0Nic Fink<\/strong> will compete for the U.S. squad. The U.S. women’s team will also include\u00a0Mallory Comerford<\/strong>,\u00a0Andrea Cottrell<\/strong>,\u00a0Ali Deloof<\/strong>,\u00a0Brooke Forde<\/strong>,\u00a0Eva Merrell<\/strong>,\u00a0Hannah Saiz<\/strong>,\u00a0Sierra Schmidt<\/strong>,\u00a0Hannah Stevens<\/strong>,\u00a0Kirsten Vose<\/strong> and\u00a0Alex Walsh<\/strong>. On the men’s side,\u00a0Michael Andrew<\/strong>,\u00a0Cameron Craig<\/strong>,\u00a0Robert Finke<\/strong>,\u00a0Zane Grothe<\/strong>,\u00a0Drew Kibler<\/strong>,\u00a0Daniel Krueger<\/strong>,\u00a0Sean Lehane<\/strong>,\u00a0Samuel Pomajevich<\/strong>,\u00a0Dillon Verva<\/strong> and\u00a0Chris Wieser\u00a0<\/strong>will wear the Stars and Stripes.<\/p>\n Louisville head coach\u00a0Arthur Albiero\u00a0<\/strong>will coach the American squad, and he will be assisted by Virginia assistant\u00a0Cory Chitwood<\/strong>,\u00a0Georgia assistant\u00a0Stefanie Williams\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Carmel Swim Club coaches\u00a0Ian Murray\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Chris Plumb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The Big Ten\u00a0squads include representatives from every swimming program in the conference.
