Torre is from Watkinsville, Georgia and swims for Athens Bulldog Swim Club. She&#8217;ll be a University of Georgia Bulldog in the fall.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 Breast 1:02.13<\/li>\n<li>200 Breast 2:15.78<\/li>\n<li>200 IM 2:01.01<\/li>\n<li>400 IM 4:20.09<\/li>\n<li>100 Back 55.77<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Della Torre said,<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I am so excited to train under the best coaches and train with the best team there is!!\u00a0Go dawgs!&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The high school senior attends Oconee County. At the <a href=\"http:\/\/swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/2016-georgia-high-school-state-championships\" target=\"_blank\">2016 Georgia 1-5A High School State Meet<\/a>, she split a 28.85 on the breaststroke leg of the school&#8217;s seventh place relay. In 23.18 she anchored the team to a sixth place finish in the 200 freestyle relay. Individually, Della Torre won the 200 IM in 2:01.01 and the 100 breaststroke in 1:02.38, both by narrow margins.<\/p>\n<p>Della Torre swam the 200 IM at Olympic Trials this summer. With that experience under her belt she could make an impact at the Southeastern Conference Championships.
