Hayden Harlow\u00a0<\/strong>has verbally committed to Penn State University. He swims for Northwest Arkansas Aquatics where he has been named swimmer of the year seven times.\u00a0The USA Swimming Scholastic All-American attends Bentonville High School where he is the three time Arkansas high school swimmer of the year. Harlow is a four time individual and six time relay state high school champion as well as the 200 IM state record holder.<\/p>\n
