Christi DiPaolo<\/strong>, a 2015 graduate of The Bolles School, is proud to announce her decision to transfer from The Ohio State University to Florida State University where she will swim for the Seminoles and Coach Neal Studd<\/strong>. DiPaolo will join former OSU teammate and fellow transferee, Alex Wittman<\/strong>, along with former Bolles teammate, Manu Andrade<\/strong>, as a member of the rapidly rebuilding Seminoles. As a Freshman last season DiPaolo dropped a second in her 100 free, 3 seconds in her 200 free, and 3 seconds in her 200 IM and scored in 2 individual events and the 800 free relay at the Big Ten Championships.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am excited to join a close-knit team with such a positive and respectful coach. Coach Studd did an amazing job developing his team at FGCU and I believe he will do the same at FSU. I also believe that FSU provides an ideal opportunity for me to regain my love for the sport of swimming. I have heard great things about him and the team atmosphere and I am looking forward to swimming for him and my Seminole teammates beginning in January 2017. I am beyond excited to start my journey as a Seminole!\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

DiPaolo is training with the Ohio State Swim Club, under Coach Kyle Goodrich<\/strong>, until she joins FSU in January 2017. A 4.0 student with a double major in Political Science and Communications, DiPaolo will be eligible to compete for FSU in January and will have two years of eligibility remaining after the season concludes.<\/p>\n
