TWO more <i>Swimming World<\/i> five star recruits are off the market.  <a href=http:\/\/www.takeyourmarks.com\/swm661?id=8147 target=_blank>Patrick Ceddia<\/a> and <a href=http:\/\/www.takeyourmarks.com\/swm661?id=6897 target=_blank>Samantha Tucker<\/a> made their decisions recently.<\/p>\n<p>Ceddia, who swims for the Sarasota YMCA Sharks and preps at Cardinal Mooney in Florida, will be joining fellow five star <a href=http:\/\/www.takeyourmarks.com\/swm661?id=8136 target=_blank>Emily Kelly<\/a> at the University of North Carolina.  Ceddia owns long course senior national cuts in the 200-meter free (1:53.34) and 400-meter free (3:59.75). He also boasts NCAA Division I B cuts in the 200-yard free (1:37.86) and 500-yard free (4:24.73).<\/p>\n<p>&quot;I have made a verbal commitment to swim at the University of North Carolina,&quot; Ceddia told <i>Swimming World<\/i>. &quot;I chose North Carolina because of its excellent academic programs, the opportunity to become part of a great young swimming program, and the awesome group of coaches and swimmers on the team.  In addition, I was very impressed with the campus, the academic support given to the athletes, the family atmosphere and the potential of the team Coach Rich DeSelm is putting together.  When the swimmers trained at our club pool in Sarasota this past winter, I saw firsthand the hard work and togetherness of the team.  I really wanted to be a part of that.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>UT&#39;s Kim Brackin has not had to go far to get a pair of five star recruits.  While <a href=http:\/\/www.takeyourmarks.com\/swm661?id=6865 target=_blank>Lily Moldenhauer<\/a> of San Antonio already pledging early on in the process, Austin&#39;s Tucker will swim in her home pool.<\/p>\n<p>Tucker, who swims for Longhorn and preps at two-time <i>Swimming World<\/i> High School National Champion Austin Westlake, holds a time that would have earned her a spot in the B final of the 200-yard free (1:44.54) at the 2009 NCAA Women&#39;s Division I Championships.
