ROBIN Jacobs, Head Age Group Coach at Winston-Salem YMCA, is the subject of this month&#39;s Q&#038;A interview in the Swimming Technique section of <i>Swimming World Magazine<\/i>. <\/p>\n<p>Jacobs has been named North Carolina Age Group Coach of the Year for 1995, 1997 and 2008.  In this interview, she talks about the special attraction of being able to coach at a YMCA.
