Payton Keiner\u00a0<\/strong>gave Liberty University its second verbal commitment of the evening.\u00a0Kiah Francis<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>also gave her verbal pledge\u00a0to the Flames.<\/p>\n

Keiner said,<\/p>\n

Keiner is from Cincinnati, Ohio and swims for Powel Crosley Jr. YMCA. She is primarily a backstroker and also has strong IMs and sprint freestyle times.<\/p>\n
