For more information about Agon, visit their website <a href=\"https:\/\/agonswim.com\/\">AgonSwim.com<\/a>.<\/i><\/i><\/p>\n<p>The Virginia Tech women have added another swimmer to the Class of 2021.\u00a0<strong>Molly Sheffield\u00a0<\/strong>has given her verbal commitment to join the Hokies. Sheffield, who trains with Poseidon Swimming Inc in Virginia is a strong butterflier, with ACC point scoring ability.<\/p>\n<p>She told\u00a0<em>Swimming World<\/em>, &#8220;I can&#8217;t wait to be apart of the incredible team and atmosphere and have the chance to work with the amazing coaching staff! I can&#8217;t wait to see what the next\u00a0 years brings and Go Hokies!!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Her best times are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 Fly: 25.18<\/li>\n<li>100 Fly: 54.47<\/li>\n<li>200 Fly: 1:58.53<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Swimming for\u00a0Lee Davis High School, the USA Swimming Scholastic All-American\u00a0is the defending <a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/patrick-henry-super-frosh-caroline-kulp-dominates-virginia-5a-state-high-school-championships\/\" target=\"_blank\">Virginia 5A High School<\/a> state champion in the 100 butterfly. Her short course season was highlighted by a fourth place finish in the 100 fly at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/2016-ncsa-junior-nationals\" target=\"_blank\">NCSA Junior Nationals<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Virginia Tech was fifth at <a href=\"http:\/\/swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/2016-acc-womens-championships\" target=\"_blank\">ACCs last season<\/a>. At that meet, Sheffield&#8217;s best time would have placed her at the\u00a0top of 200 fly B final. Sophomore\u00a0<strong>Klaudia Naziebl\u00a0<\/strong>(1:55.30) was runner up in the event.
