WITH Swimming World.TV back from the 2009 ASCA clinic \u2013 and preparing for the 2009 USAS convention later this week \u2013 we wanted to bring you more highlights from our four days in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., on <i>The Morning Swim Show<\/i>, including an interview with renowned coach Randy Reese.<\/p>\n<p>Reese talks about some of the new things he learned at the clinic, including some of the new technologies he found at some vendor booths. Reese also talks about some of his training methods of pushing swimmers to their limits, including running with dumbbells and kicking with tennis shoes. The show concludes with some of Garrett McCaffrey&#39;s highlights from Fort Lauderdale.
