A day after setting world records in the 50 and 100 breast, Cameron van der Burgh was at it again at the South African Short Course Championships.<\/p>\n<p>van der Burgh lowered his 100 breast world record set during the semifinal rounds with a winning effort of 55.99 to become the first man under 56 seconds.
