DAGNY Knutson, Minot High School in North Dakota, and Tom Shields, Edison High School in Huntington Beach, California, have been selected as <i>Swimming World Magazine&#39;s<\/i> High School Female and Male Swimmers of the Year for the 2008-09 season.<\/p>\n<p>Knutson has made her mark not only on the high school front, but on the international swim stage as well.
