The news was provided to USA Today by Lochte&#8217;s mother,\u00a0<strong>Ileana Lochte<\/strong>, who noted &#8220;I think they&#8217;re all shaken up&#8230;.they just took their wallets and basically that was it.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to Ileana, Lochte and at least one other teammate were on their way to meet Brazilian swimmer\u00a0<strong>Thiago Pereira\u00a0<\/strong>when their cab stopped for gas.
