TO say coach Kevin Kinel has achieved great success in coaching high school swimmers would be an understatement.  Kinel, who has coached at Chesterton High School in Indiana for 29 years, has compiled a truly remarkable record of achievement during his career.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview in July&#39;s <i>Swimming World<\/i>, Kinel touches upon all the ingredients that go into building a successful program at the high school level.
