On Monday, the pool will welcome a younger crowd with the start of the 2016 Speedo Junior National Championships. Many of the top junior swimmers who\u00a0will race at Junior PanPacs at the end of the month are not in Minnesota next week. Some others\u00a0made Trials the big focus of the summer. Regardless, there is still plenty of fast swimming ahead.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael Andrew\u00a0<\/strong>will be the top seed in the 100 breaststroke, 100 freestyle, 100 butterfly, 100 backstroke, 200 IM, and 50 freestyle. The 17 year old will also swim the 200 backstroke and 200 breaststroke.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Johannes Calloni\u00a0<\/strong>is top seed in two events Andrew is not racing: the 400 and 800 freestyle.<\/p>\n<p>Both\u00a0women&#8217;s backstrokes have\u00a0<strong>Lucie Nordmann\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Grace Ariola\u00a0<\/strong>leading the pack.<\/p>\n<p>Fifteen year old\u00a0<strong>Zoe Bartel\u00a0<\/strong>is the top seed in the 100 and 200 breaststrokes, both by solid margins. She is also seeded second in the 200 IM.\u00a0<strong>Kenisha Liu\u00a0<\/strong>holds the top spot in the 200 IM.
