Phelps is seeded first in the 100 fly and 200 IM in Rio, and he enters ranked second in the 200 fly behind<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>longtime rival\u00a0<strong>Laszlo Cseh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sun Yang<\/strong> is expected to defend his Olympic titles in the 400 and 1500 free, and other defending gold medalists entered include\u00a0<strong>Cameron van der Burgh<\/strong> (100 breast),\u00a0<strong>Chad le Clos<\/strong>\u00a0(200 fly)\u00a0<strong>Daniel\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Gyurta\u00a0<\/strong>(200 breast),\u00a0<strong>Yannick Agnel\u00a0<\/strong>(200 free) and\u00a0<strong>Florent Manaudou\u00a0<\/strong>(50 free).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ryan Lochte<\/strong> is only entered in one individual event (200 IM), his smallest racing program since his first Olympics in 2004.
