Beata Nelson–Female High School Swimmer of the Year<\/h2>\n

Beata<\/strong> Nelson<\/strong>, Swimming World\u2019s Female High School Swimmer of the Year, finished her storied high school career at Verona Area\/Mount Hebron High School in Wisconsin with a public high school record in the 100 yard fly (51.62) as well as 12 state titles. This fall, she\u2019ll be swimming for the University of Wisconsin.<\/p>\n

Earlier this summer Nelson was named a National Champion by NISCA in the 100-yard butterfly meaning she posted the fastest time in the country for that event. Read below to see the female national champions.<\/p>\n
