He now owns the eighth best time in the world this year and will make his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/8-ways-friends-and-family-view-olympian-townley-haas\/\" target=\"_blank\">Olympic debut <\/a>in that event and on the 800 freestyle relay.<\/p>\n<p>The University of Texas swimmer spoke about this season, and how the Longhorns had their full focus on Trials.
