Vollmer experienced it for herself when she made the team in 2004.<\/p>\n<p>The self-proclaimed &#8220;Mama on a Mission&#8221; explained how she has balanced elite performance and exceptional parenting. The 28 year old will be swimming the 100 butterfly in her third Olympics.
