In his first swim, the 100 breaststroke, the National Age Group record holder obliterated the field, winning by four seconds in a time of 1:00.19. His next closest competitor was Rockford&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Phillip Willet<\/strong>, who came in at 1:04.01. Third behind him was Missouri State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Nicholas Thenissen\u00a0<\/strong>in 1:04.38.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew&#8217;s second win of the night did not come as easily. In the 100 backstroke he was challenged by Missouri State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Paul Le<\/strong>. Le was ahead at halfway, but Andrew was still able to get the win. Andrew finished in 55.28, while Le was 55.67.\u00a0<strong>Sean Feher\u00a0<\/strong>out of Springfield Aquatics was third in 57.09.<\/p>\n<p>Before Andrew, however, the evening kicked off with a battle for the women&#8217;s 400 freestyle title. Capturing the win was Greater Nebraska&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Dannie Dilsaver<\/strong> who touched at 4:21.74, dropping over two seconds from her prelims swim. Just behind her was\u00a0<strong>Christine Blomquist<\/strong> of the Empire Swim Club, who just edged out\u00a0Kansas City Blazer&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Katherine Sullivan<\/strong>, 4:21.86 to 4:21.89.<\/p>\n<p>In the men&#8217;s 400 freestyle, 16 year old\u00a0<strong>Kevin Callan <\/strong>from Trident Aquatics\u00a0won his second event of the meet in 4:00.94.\u00a0Kansas City Blazer&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Louis Behnen\u00a0<\/strong>finished second behind him in 4:01.29.\u00a0<strong>Minki Kang<\/strong>, representing Missouri State, rounded out the top three in 4:01.87.<\/p>\n<p>Mizzou&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Katherine Ross<\/strong> took the women&#8217;s 100 breaststroke title with a 1:10.11, a full second ahead of\u00a0<strong>Madison Strathman<\/strong> from the Tsunami Swim Team, who finished in 1:11.22.\u00a0<strong>Victoria Beeler\u00a0<\/strong>of the Lawrence Aquahawks was third in 1:11.72.<\/p>\n<p>In the women&#8217;s 200 butterfly,\u00a0Rockford&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Lauren Votava\u00a0<\/strong>continued her winning streak, handily picking up her third title in 2:16.33.\u00a0<strong>Dana Posthuma<\/strong> followed her in 2:17.84, while Columbia Swim Club&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Brittany Wen<\/strong>\u00a0touched third in 2:18.66.<\/p>\n<p>On the men&#8217;s side, 16 year old\u00a0<strong>Dane Florea<\/strong> out of Columbia Swim Club dominated the event, winning in 2:04.31. Two seconds behind him was Rockford&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Connor Ripp\u00a0<\/strong>at 2:06.26. Third place went to King Marlin&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Richard Wagner<\/strong>, who swam a time of 2:07.26.<\/p>\n<p>The women&#8217;s 100 backstroke title went to Club Husker&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Erin Oeltjen<\/strong>, who finished in 1:02.69. The runner-up was Edwardsville YMCA&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Bailey Grinter\u00a0<\/strong>at 1:03.29.\u00a0<strong>Chelsea Tatlow<\/strong>, representing Razorback Aquatics, took third place with a time
