Kenisha Liu\u00a0<\/strong>of Brea Aquatics stopped the clock in 56.21 to win the women’s 100 freestyle. Davis Arden Racing Team’s\u00a0Amalie Fackenthal\u00a0<\/strong>also dipped under 57 with a 56.64. A second back in 57.64 was Marin Pirates’\u00a0Cali Raukar.<\/strong><\/p>\n Liu returned to the top of the podium in the final event of the night. The 17 year old out touched\u00a0Covina Aquatics’\u00a0Catherine Sanchez\u00a0<\/strong>2:13.32 to 2:13.36 to win the 200 butterfly. Davis Arden’s\u00a0Paige Maynard\u00a0<\/strong>finished third in 2:16.60.<\/p>\n The men’s 100 freestyle title went to\u00a0Payton Sorenson\u00a0<\/strong>in 51.48. De Anza Cupertino’s\u00a0Shayne Fleming\u00a0<\/strong>posted a 51.94 for second place while Marin Pirates’\u00a0Nathaniel Cunnan\u00a0<\/strong>completed the podium in 52.14.<\/p>\n Halladay Kinsey\u00a0<\/strong>of Davis Arden was first to the wall in the women’s 200 breaststroke with a 2:33.85. California Gold’s\u00a0Gianni Pitto\u00a0<\/strong>earned silver in 2:34.06.\u00a0Morganne McKennan\u00a0<\/strong>of Quicksilver wound up third in 2:35.55.<\/p>\n Darren Chan Chin Wah\u00a0<\/strong>of De Anza Cupertino won the men’s 200 breaststroke with a 2:20.54. Just a half second behind him was Brentwood Seawolves’\u00a0Daniel Comforti\u00a0<\/strong>in 2:21.06. Hollywood’s\u00a0Steen Medvedev\u00a0<\/strong>finished third in 2:22.30.<\/p>\n In the final event of the meet, Brea’s\u00a0Michael Tenney\u00a0<\/strong>put together the most dominant win of the evening, touching first in the men’s 200 butterfly by two and a half seconds. He posted a 2:03.29.
