On Friday, the Danish Swimming Union, named 15 swimmers to the roster\u00a0for the 2016 Olympics in August in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.<\/p>\n
Pernille Blume, Sarah Bro, Lotte Friis, Julie Kepp Jensen, Mie \u00d8. Nielsen, Jeanette Ottesen <\/strong>and Rikke M\u00f8ller Pedersen\u00a0<\/strong>are the seven women on the team.<\/p>\n Friis was the bronze medalist in the 800 freestyle in Beijing. In 2012 she finished fourth in the 400 freestyle and fifth in the 800 in what was considered a disappointing Games.<\/p>\n Ottesen will head to her third Olympics this summer.
