JUST like <a href=http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/lane9\/news\/20870.asp target=_blank> last week<\/a> when the <i>Orange County Register<\/i> ranked the top 10 female swimmers coming out of Orange County since 1989, the publication has ranked the top 10 male swimmers over the same time period.<\/p>\n<p>The paper ranked Mike Cavic as the top male to be produced out of Orange County as the Serbian swimmer spent time at Tustin High.
