The 19 year old noted how this year&#8217;s Trials is different than her experience\u00a0in 2012.\u00a0The NCAA champion\u00a0said she will draw on experiences like World Championships to manage\u00a0everything from crowded warmups to an excited crowd and a race with a lot on the line.<\/p>\n<p>Manuel\u00a0answered a number of questions about her redshirt year at Stanford, and the benefits of focusing on long course.
